We are looking for talented, self-motivated, and reliable customer service representatives to join the Conduent team to support one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the United States! The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for helping others.

Other Potential Growth Channels

  • Collaborate on strategy with a talented team of individuals who all want a common goal
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and improve free educational resources
  • Support Contact Center Professional (CCP) acquisition pipeline
  • Review assessments and training materials to improve candidate scores
  • Collaborate to improve the experience of CCP assessments
  • Support inquiries through various contact channels (phone, email, SMS, Whatsapp, Slack)
Responsibilities

Role Requirements

  • 40 working hours per week
  • Schedule Flexibility
  • 6 am-1 am hours of operation
  • Rotative shifts of 8 hours between such timeframe (2 days off)
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekend shifts may be required depending on the campaign
  • Pay Rates start at MXN $11,900.00 per month
  • Revenue Based Compensation up to MXN $14,400
  • Depending on experience and location
Experience

Minimum Qualifications:  

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
