Responsibilities

Your Daily Work Schedule 

  • Whether contract questions, information about the router or first aid with the TV connection: You answer all concerns competently, reliably and are only happy when your customers are.
  • A regular or new customer would like to order a new product or extend their subscription? As a call center agent (m / f / d), you can do that in no time at all.
  • And because you like things to be tidy, you record and maintain the customer master data neatly and without frills in our computer system.
  • In other words: With your professional and friendly manner you not only ensure satisfied customers, but also enrich our friendly team.

If you bring that with you, we are on the same wavelength:

  • You are a motivated career changer with experience in working life, already have experience as a call center agent or are a student (m / f / d)
  • You are very communicative, have extensive technical understanding and, if necessary, already have some initial experience in sales
  • You have a high level of personal responsibility and motivation as well as the ability to manage yourself
Qualifications

You are confident in using the PC

You are willing to travel to come to the location in Kiel once a month - for meetings, to get to know your colleagues and to exchange ideas

You have a job that complies with data protection regulations

You would like to work in the home office
