About the Role
We are looking for talented, self-motivated, responsible and reliable customer service representatives who can manage to service our clients with a professional and friendly attitude. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for helping others. Many of the campaigns you support will require sales and retention skills, so be prepared to understand how you can support customer needs to retain/upsell services.
Minimum two years experience in a call/contact center environment
Self-motivated and able to own workloads, meet deadlines and deliver results.
You’re intellectually curious and you get stuff done. Results are what matter to you.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
You are comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with customer service challenges, and are happy to handle escalated customers as needed
Must have a computer - Windows 10 minimum
Must have a dual monitor setup
Connected to internet via a LAN cable
A dependable and fast internet connection (higher than 15mbps),
A noise-cancelling headset, webcam, and distraction-free environment are required
An active email account
