The Customer Service Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to increase customer satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service to promote growth, retention, and loyalty among clientele. You will work with customers by phone, email, and instant messenger to support customers in various aspects. Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls and/or route them to the relevant extension.
  • Assist callers by assisting them in locating products or activities that best meet their requirements.
  • On the phone, he was enthusiastic, polite, and professional.
  • Work with clients to ensure that they are content with the services offered. As needed, provide technical support to customers. Encourage happy customers to send us their success stories.
Qualifications
  • GED or high school diploma
  • Phone skills that are professional
  • Experience in sales is preferred
  • A desire to assist others
  • Exceptional problem solver
  • Ability to learn software applications and technical aptitude
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.
