How You Help Solve this Problem

This position will report directly to the CEO and will collaborate with every area of the business, advocating on behalf of professionals based all over the world.

The Contact Center Community Manager role is an apprenticeship that is responsible for supporting and nurturing the growing community of Contact Center Professionals. This person will collaborate and contribute to the strategy and execution of community engagement through many different platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and improve free educational resources
  • Collaborate with Product to define learning and development requirements
  • Lead community engagement efforts through various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, Discord, Twitch etc.)
  • Support Contact Center Professional (CCP) acquisition pipeline
    • Review assessments and training materials to improve candidate scores
    • Collaborate to improve experience of CCP assessments
  • Support inquiries through various contact channels (phone, email, sms, Whatsapp, Slack)
  • Identify new partnerships with BPOs and Contact Centers that will provide beneficial opportunities to the CCP community
