This position will report directly to the CEO and will collaborate with every area of the business, advocating on behalf of professionals based all over the world.
The Contact Center Community Manager role is an apprenticeship that is responsible for supporting and nurturing the growing community of Contact Center Professionals. This person will collaborate and contribute to the strategy and execution of community engagement through many different platforms and technologies.
